Aditi Jhunjhunwala
Aditi has an MBA in HR. In 2006, she moved from India to Dubai and began her career as the Senior Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division, and soon proved her mettle to become Head of Operations.
She loves to travel, meet new people, and explore unique cuisines. In her current role, she oversees CRM, Marketing, HR, and Administration, tirelessly streamlining each function and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
Aditi considers Banke her second home and is immensely proud of her team and their achievements. With a creative mind, she blends innovative ideas and inspirations from local and global markets to keep Banke moving forward.
She is optimistic and excited about Banke's future prospects, passionately fulfilling the demanding responsibilities of her role while nurturing a culture of excellence across the organization.
