Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It explains who we are, what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Introduction

We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how and why we collect, use, store and share your personal information, and your rights in relation to that information. It also explains how to contact us or a supervisory authority if you have a complaint.

We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR and related data protection laws as the data controller.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you in person, by phone, email, text, and through our website.

We may also collect from public sources (Companies House, HM Land Registry, search engines) and third parties (sanctions screening providers, credit reference agencies, customer due diligence providers, cookies and similar technologies).

4. How and Why We Use Your Personal Information

We use your data under lawful bases: legal/regulatory obligations, contract performance (or pre-contract steps), legitimate interests, or consent.

We may send marketing about our services by email, phone, SMS or post (e.g., property appraisals, market updates, matching properties). We usually rely on legitimate interests; where consent is required we will request it.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Opt out anytime by contacting us (3rd Floor, 17 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4HP, Tel: 020 3093 3451). Service communications may still be sent.

We may share data with: service providers (payment, tenant vetting, ID verification, maintenance), approved third parties (solicitors, conveyancers, brokers, surveyors, removal companies), business service providers (IT, case management, website/email), credit agencies and banks, law enforcement/regulators where required, and potential buyers or during reorganisation under confidentiality.

All providers must protect your data and use it only for authorised purposes.

7. Where Your Information Is Held

Your information may be stored at our offices and at trusted third-party service provider premises.

8. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We retain data while providing services and afterwards to answer questions, demonstrate fair treatment, and meet legal/regulatory record-keeping. Marketing information is generally kept up to 6 years from your last interaction. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
