This information is required to provide our services. If you do not provide requested information, we may be unable to deliver services.
We collect information directly from you in person, by phone, email, text, and through our website.
We may also collect from public sources (Companies House, HM Land Registry, search engines) and third parties (sanctions screening providers, credit reference agencies, customer due diligence providers, cookies and similar technologies).

All providers must protect your data and use it only for authorised purposes.
Your information may be stored at our offices and at trusted third-party service provider premises.
We retain data while providing services and afterwards to answer questions, demonstrate fair treatment, and meet legal/regulatory record-keeping. Marketing information is generally kept up to 6 years from your last interaction. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (including marketing), and to not be subject to automated decision-making.
