Born and brought up in Mumbai, Porush has done his MBA in Marketing. He worked as the Regional Manager of VideoCon in Mumbai. In 2006, he moved to Dubai. After being associated with a leading brokerage firm in Dubai for seven years, Porush decided to follow his passion and established Banke International in 2013 with a team of four people. With a growing, multicultural team of 450+ people working with him now, Porush continues to dream bigger and aim higher.
Porush takes fitness seriously. He enjoys working out at the gym, doing yoga, and playing cricket. He also participates regularly in marathons.

Aditi has done her MBA in HR. In 2006, she moved from India to Dubai, and started her career as the Senior HR Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke.
Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.
In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments. She strives passionately to fulfill the challenging demands of her key position. She is responsible for streamlining the functionality of each department and achieving seamless operation between the departments.
Aditi considers Banke her second home. She is immensely proud of her team and their achievements. She has a creative mind, and brings together innovative ideas and inspirations from the local and global market. She is optimistic and excited about Banke’s future prospects.
Balwinder Singh has spent his childhood in India. He holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from Amity University, providing him with a strong foundation in business management and strategic marketing principles.
Balwinder is a dynamic professional known for his expertise in driving sales. With a proven track record of motivating and leading teams across various levels, he brings a wealth of experience and leadership.
He has served as the Head of Sales for a prominent developer in in Mumbai. He has been instrumental in driving sales initiatives and expanding the company’s market presence. In just over a year, he has made significant contributions to the organization’s growth and success. Prior to that, Balwinder held the position of Vice President International Sales at another Indian Developer for an impressive 8 years.
During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding the company's international sales operations, demonstrating his strategic vision and business acumen.
